Low FODMAP Lemon Tahini Dressing
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3-5 tbsp water
Instructions
- Whisk together tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt. As you whisk, the dressing will start to seize. Slowly add water 1 Tbsp at a time and continue to whisk until dressing reaches thinner, creamy consistency.
- Use dressing as desired.
- Store excess dressing in air tight container in fridge. You can add more water and whisk if too thick after refrigeration.
