Low FODMAP Lemon Tahini Dressing

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3-5 tbsp water


  • Whisk together tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt. As you whisk, the dressing will start to seize. Slowly add water 1 Tbsp at a time and continue to whisk until dressing reaches thinner, creamy consistency.
  • Use dressing as desired.
  • Store excess dressing in air tight container in fridge. You can add more water and whisk if too thick after refrigeration.
