about joining our dietitian team
We are a “dietitian for every condition”. Each of our dietitians have different specialties, and work with a variety of clientele. Conditions include: eating disorders, diabetes, heart disease, GI, cancer, sports nutrition, kidney disease, PCOS, women’s health and much more!
Our hiring needs will vary based on the type of clientele that need support within our practice.

- Provide nutrition counseling to clients and complete all administrative and record-keeping activities in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer use for documentation, scheduling, and other job duties
- Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for RBA
- Coordinate care with other providers as needed.
- Perform relevant administrative tasks
- Communicate with the physicians and other health providers as needed to ensure referrals and maintain an excellent reputation in the community.
- Present on relevant nutrition topics in doctor’s offices or during corporate wellness events.

- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in the State of Maryland.
- Knowledge and experience/training in nutrition counseling and coaching clients in an outpatient setting

Joining our administrative support team means playing a vital role in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors (or logs into a virtual session!). From answering questions and scheduling appointments to keeping our systems organized, you help clients feel cared for from their very first interaction.
Our admin team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and compassionate — the backbone that allows our dietitians to focus on what they do best. If you’re organized, personable, and passionate about helping people, you’ll thrive with us.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service to clients with different nutrition goals and health backgrounds.
- Greet patients warmly.
- Provide patients with new forms as well as collect copies of legally required documents.
- Recording and collecting payments.
- Reviewing RD schedules.
- Maintaining Reception area.
- Maintain patient accounts by updating and retrieving patient records
