Hello! My name is Gabby. I am a registered dietitian and certified specialist in oncology nutrition who works with clients in Maryland and virtually across the USA.

I have lived with chronic illness since I was 14, which inspired me to get into the nutrition field. However, over the many years of my education, I developed a poor relationship with food and body image. I was introduced to intuitive eating and finally felt like the rose-colored glasses of the wellness industry were removed!

I learned that you can honor your physical health while enjoying foods that both taste good AND feel good in your body. I now make it a priority to share those principles with my clients.

Because of my own history with chronic illness, I understand navigating some of the day to day food struggles and I strive to help my clients learn techniques to make food choices and reach their nutrition goals in a sustainable way.

I pride myself on taking complicated nutrition science and media influenced recommendations and turning them into simple and achievable advice. I will always advocate for quality research and evidenced based science but also understand that the human body can be quite complicated and unique.

 I provide an honest but professional approach to nutrition while understanding that we are all human. I, too, struggle with my nutrition some days. You, as the client, come first and I promise to never make you eat a food you don’t enjoy.
