This our dietitian-approved No-Sodium Greek Seasoning! If you’re trying to decrease your sodium intake, you might be missing some of your favorite seasonings, so here is our dietitian approved blend, which can replace the salt-laden one you might buy at the grocery store. It’s super easy to make – all you have to do is combine all ingredients in a jar with an air-tight lid. And voila, you have a low sodium spice blend to use when you want to decrease intake of salt. Using dried herbs, this ranch seasoning mix can last about one year in an airtight container, but this is so delicious that it definitely won’t last a whole year!
You can do so much with this Greek seasoning! We recommend marinating chicken in it with lemon juice snd serving with this cucumber noodle salad. However, we also encourage you to get creative with it. What else could you season with this blend? So many things… even some you might not have had it on before. Whenever I try a new seasoning blend, I like to try it on roasted potatoes or roasted vegetables. They’re so versatile and the result is almost always delicious! Think outside the box and I bet it will be good.
If you want some other no-sodium blends, check out this blog post. We have made six recipes (including this one), and they’re all amazing. The other five are ranch, taco, Montreal streak, BBQ, and chili seasoning! Once you discover one that you really like, you can try doubling the recipe to make a big batch!

I’m having a real craving for Greek flavors so thank you for this recipe. Thankfully things like balsamic vinegar and Greek yogurt are already healthy choices. I have Ménières and feel I am going to have tricks like these blends up my sleeve to keep me on the wagon.
