You will reevaluate what healthy means to you, and no longer use the past diets that tout healthy eating is a certain number of calories or avoiding certain foods. You will learn how to successfully compile a grocery list, plan meals, and cook quick, easy and healthy meals.
Chapter Three: Build Confidence in Your Eating
Knowing what to eat is half the battle to break out of dieting prison. This chapter includes tools you can use to feel empowered with your eating. You will integrate concepts of mindful eating and intuitive eating, so you will not only know what to eat, but you will also learn how to eat, when to eat, and why to eat.
Chapter Four: Empower Yourself
Take one step further away from the dieting prison by putting self care as one of your priorities. Learn how to relieve stress in a healthy way, find exercise that works for you, and rid yourself of dieting paraphernalia that has trapped you for so long.
