  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful spinach raw
  • 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 cup almond milk


  • In blender, add strawberries, banana, spinach, hemp hearts, almond milk. Blend until smooth.
