Crock Pot Apple Cinnamon Steel Cut Oatmeal (DF)

Ingredients
- 2 cups steel cut oats
- 7 cups water
- 1 5.4 oz can coconut cream
- 2 apples diced
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- desired toppings brown sugar, raisins, chia seeds, nuts, etc
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8 hours). Serve with desired sweetener and toppings.
