  • 2 cups steel cut oats
  • 7 cups water
  • 1 5.4 oz can coconut cream
  • 2 apples diced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • desired toppings brown sugar, raisins, chia seeds, nuts, etc


  • Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir. Cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8 hours). Serve with desired sweetener and toppings.
