Women’s Health Dietitian in Maryland

Hi, I’m Kaitlin Eckstein, a registered dietitian in Maryland.

I’ve been a dietitian for over 9 years and see clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland, as well as virtually across the US.

I love helping clients foster a healthy relationship with food through intuitive eating, while also addressing their health concerns, without restrictive dieting. I believe you can meet your nutrition goals without removing your favorite foods.

I became passionate about women’s health after my own journey to motherhood, and enjoy supporting women whether they are hoping to regulate their cycles, get pregnant, and those who are pregnant and postpartum.

As a mom to young kids, I understand the challenges that can come with taking care of a family, while also taking care of yourself.

All about Kaitlin's
nutrition approach

As a HAES-aligned dietitian, I take a weight inclusive approach. Instead of focusing on the numbers on the scale, we work together to create a routine that will help you feel better. By making small and sustainable changes, you’ll build healthy habits that will last a lifetime, instead of going on another crash diet that was designed to fail you.

With a culinary background and a love for cooking, I often meal plan with clients in session to bring the joy back to eating while creating a plan that is tailored to their needs. My goal is to support you every step of the way. From providing the nutrition knowledge you need, to figuring out how to make it work in your everyday life.
