Watermelon Chia Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1-1/2 cups water warm
- 2-3 cups watermelon diced
- 2 lime juiced
Instructions
- In a small pitcher, combine chia seeds and warm water. Set aside.
- Place watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add watermelon purée and lime juice to the pitcher. Serve chilled or add ice. Garnish with mint.
