PB&J Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Who loves peanut butter Overnight Oats? PB&J Overnight Oats is a dietitian approved recipe that is simple to make. Just like the title says, you can make this recipe in minutes right after dinner and have it waiting for you first thing in the morning.  Simply combine the ingredients and put in the refrigerator overnight. You can make up several ahead of time for a few breakfasts during the week or for each family member.

PB&J Overnight Oats

Our breakfast twist on the childhood classic! We love it THAT much.
Servings 1 serving
Course Breakfast, Main Dish
Cuisine Gluten Free, Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt strawberry (or other desired flavor)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp strawberries jam
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Method

  1. Combine oats, yogurt, milk, and flaxseed meal in a bowl. Mix, then spoon into container.
  2. Top with jam and peanut butter. Let sit overnight. Enjoy!
