I love pizza and will take pretty much any flavor combination and make it into a pizza. I had just made my Delicata Squash Salad with Cranberry Balsamic Dressing and I had extra cranberry sauce and goat cheese. Well that sounds like the perfect Fall pizza to me. Flatbreads (or basically pizza) are a great option for a party appetizer but can also be the star of a weeknight meal when paired with a salad or veggie.

This Fall-inspired flatbread is an easy appetizer, using pre-made thin pizza crusts and canned cranberry sauce. Spread a little cranberry sauce (mixed with a little orange zest and thyme) onto the crust, sprinkle with goat cheese and fresh thyme, and then bake until crisp!
