Healthy soup recipes…It’s February, so this makes sense. But as I write this blog, I’m chuckling to myself about the unseasonably warm weather today. How is it so warm in the beginning of February? However, I press on because I am not convinced this beautiful warm weather is here to stay until spring. Chilly weather probably waits around the corner, and if it does, here are our 10 of our favorite soup recipes to warm you right back up!
Why soup, you may ask? Well not only is a bowl of piping hot soup one of my favorite comfort foods, but it also makes meal prep a breeze! You can make a big pot of your favorite soup and eat it throughout the week. The flavor only improves as the week goes on and the ingredients mingle together. You can also freeze it and have meal prep done for those weeks you really don’t have time to prepare anything.
