Abby Stultz RDN, LDN
Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian NutritionistHi, I’m Abby! I’m an eating disorder dietitian in Maryland. I see clients in Greenbelt and Columbia, Maryland and virtually across the USA!
During my time as a Division 1 college athlete, I was told that the only way to perform at your best was weight loss and over training. Not only did this lead to a career ending ankle injury, but I also developed an eating disorder.
As I recovered, I recognized the disconnect between what I was being told about my body and performance, versus what I clinically and scientifically knew to be true through my education! This fueled my passion for teaching my clients to recognize and challenge harmful nutrition advice and discover what it means to truly nourish and take care of their bodies.

My Approach:
Because of my experience, I hold a great deal of empathy for my clients. I strive to be the resource for my clients that I so desperately needed when I was struggling: an advocate, a guide, a listening ear, a sense of hope. I help my clients to learn that self-acceptance, worth and success do not come from a number on the scale nor achieving a certain physique. Together we will build your general nutrition knowledge and work towards an intuitive approach to eating, so you have the space to live your most authentic life.
I love working with athletes who want to recover to get back to their sport and learn how to adequately fuel, train and recover; however you do not need to be an athlete to work with me! I am extremely passionate about weight inclusive care and a proponent of Health at Every Size. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, including pediatrics, and have experience utilizing the Family Based Therapy-approach to ED treatment of children & adolescents. I also collaborate with other members of your care team including providers and family members as needed to ensure you receive the best possible support.
Happy Clients
